Soooo…. the new vacuum equipment arrived yesterday from Slyx Fashions and I could hardly wait to rip open the box and give them a try!! I am really sorry I have not stopped by here to post in AGES but I have been rather preoccupied with setting up my new home and dungeon for the last couple of months! Hooray! I am delighted to say that my new 1200+ sq ft multi room dungeon facility is finally ready!

The playrooms consist of some of my much loved previous themes: Medieval Dungeon, Medical / Exam Room, and Victorian Dressing Parlor but I have also added a Black Metal Bondage Room and Mistress’ Spa Space. I have added about a dozen photos to my website to start with but I do plan to take more pictures of the space (and maybe even me in it) soon.
So after months of looking at water / freeze damaged disasters and other dismally disappointing homes in the Hudson Valley I think I have found my new home at last in the city of Winsted CT! It is a beautful 110 year old but very well maintained house and I fell in love with it at first sight! My plan is to convert the entire upstairs apartment into a 1200+ square foot multi room play facility complete with a room for overnight accomodations for extended session or couples that wish to do a “Bed and Dungeon” style get - away!
I plan to move as quickly as possible on the sale: deposit is paid, tomorrow is the inspection, title search to follow immediately and closing will be asap, so that I can begin work on the playrooms there while I still have my Poughkeepsie playrooms to work and play in until CT is ready to go.
The big move will probably not be until mid May or very early June. I have a ton of stuff, books, clothes, dungeon gear etc and I am going to start packing it up one room at a time over the next few weeks and so I could definitely use a LOT of help and a bunch of boxes with this move! Let me know if you can offer either or because I would be extremely grateful!
I am a little sad to be leaving the Valley that I have come to love for the last 10 years. I also realize that moving 90 mins away from here is going to make it impossible for some of my slaves and clients to visit me in the new space. I have been trying this new baby out with a few of my favorite bottoms the last two weeks and I absolutely love it! Yeah yeah .. I did it again. Totally up and disappeared on you for a good long stretch. Sorry about that gang but it’s been a roller coaster couple of months. Here’s the nutshell version:
Holidays were good - Santa was very good to me and I got to spend some really great quality time with the folks that matter most to me in the whole world.

I search and search and search and finally find another one I like in my price range - have the cash to buy it and they tell me that it’s a short sale that could take 6 months to a year to close but the house has issues that won’t make it worth that price that far down the road unless it is attended to soon! Grrr! So it just seems I cannot win at the moment!
I decide to take a little break and go on vacation to Phoenix Arizona to visit a really dear friend. This is my first REAL vacation in many years mind you and I am totally looking forward to a couple of nice sunny days sitting by the pool in the Arizona desert and wouldn’t you know that they got more damn rain in the 4 days than they get in an average year! Yup … that’s my luck so far this year! But… it was not a total loss.
