Concert / Adventure Report 2026!!

Oh my gosh — I had a jam-packed concert week from June 6 to June 14, and it got off to a rocky start. I’d bought tickets mainly to see Mod Sun (huge fan), and one of my leather brothers from the Leather Culture Club North East had agreed to come with me. We were both excited — until we found out Mod had been swapped out for DeWayne. I was so crushed! I mean, heart-sinking disappointment. The photo of me and LJ was taken before we got the news, when we were still all smiles.

I tried to roll with it and enjoy the night anyway, but then they flashed a stern warning across every video screen in the arena. That was the last straw — LJ and I looked at each other and decided we’d had enough. We left early, deflated but together, and went home to get some comfort food,

Then on the 9th I had tickets to see Yungblud with one of my beautiful and super fun concert buddies — nameless here, who wasn’t even a fan at first but slowly came around over the last year and is now nearly as obsessed as I am. We were at Leader Bank Pavilion, my first time there, and I loved the setup: outdoors with a covered sunshade that let in a cool breeze without the sun in your eyes — so comfortable and perfect for a summer show.

This was my sixth time seeing him and he was as electric as ever. The opening act, an all-female band called The Warning, crushed it and set a blazing tone. Dom played for nearly two hours, gave an incredible, high-energy performance, and still brought that cheeky, magnetic stage presence. He’s as sexy as ever — although I’ll always have a soft spot for him in that little black dress from Warped 2019.

Then 3 days later my Godchild, our mutual concert buddy, her bestie and I, loaded into my little Versa and drove down to Washington DC for the Warped Tour! OMG have I mentioned that I really LOVE Warped Tour!! It is two solid days of music on 7 stages (3 paired stages and a single acoustic stage). I cannot even begin to express how much I love these events, it really just feeds my heart and soul!

Have a great rest of the summer! Love Mz Suzanne
